You will never get a decent price from these people.

They are there to make a profit on buying your car as cheaply as possible and then selling it on.

They deal with what one might term "bread and butter" cars and appeal to those who are desperate for some money.

I'm not bothered about the plate as my initials are not BMW.

The web valuation from webuyanycaratarediculouslylowprice is for guidance only. There is a transaction fee to be deducted and the car is given an actual value when it's inspected at the point of sale.Sorry, guys, but you don't even get what you thought,it's gonna be lower again!! If the nasty one will let me,i'd be tempted to break the zed at its' end of use and sell off the parts.I dare say, that's what that web-site does in some cases.

The website is webuyanycar.com, not wewillgiveyouagoodpriceforanycar.com.

Their ad gets my goat with lots of happy people who clearly don't know they could have got considerably more for their car elsewhere - I guess the only price you need to compare against is the trade in value you are being offered on another car - people use them as they don't want the hassle of selling privately.

The other ad that annoys me is warranty direct. They make it sound like they will cover any car. I hoped putting the frog's details in for a quote might crash their systems, but sadly it didn't. I do laugh at the choice of car that they show in the ad, as I'm pretty sure they won't be offering warranties on those for much longer - and when they don't we can report them to the advertising watchdog. :D

Cheers R.

Mine was valued at £2745. A week later when that valuation had ran out they send me an email saying my car had increased in value to £2890.
