thought it might be vindictive until I saw half a dozen cars down the road with the same
problem.Oh what fun we had!!!!!!
Uurgh, toe rags. I don't suppose anyone down the street has cctv do they? Police can be remarkably successful with footage. Its probably someone they know anyway.

Stuff like this makes me despair for the human race. In the middle east they used chop a hand off for stuff like this, (do they still?).
I think a good punishment for this and other petty theft and vandalism stuff would be to cut a little finger off. This would mark them for life while not affecting their day to day life, and would surely be a deterrent.
