I know its not BMW based but there is a Le Mans festival in my home town next weekend.
It looks like a good day out so I might go "home"

Sorry I can't make that event.. I'll sadly be stuck in Lemans :wink: :D

Looks like a good show. Unfortunately I can't make it as I'm going to the DC10 Deutsch Connect show in Turweston.

garyw, did you book your Le Mans tour through a well known Car tours company.? If so which one, and would you post pics and let us know how you got on.
I'm looking at going to the classic Le Mans races next year. :)

I book on with Porsche Club GB who have their own private camp site, I say private as in 400 spaces...
Not the cheapest way but security and facilities are top notch considering what is on offer :?

I don't do the Classic (no beard or slippers on me yet :wink: ) I personally prefer the chaos that is the 24hr :twisted:

I wouldn't do that if I were you... its not on.. classic is every two years as far as I'm aware.
