Pistonhead meet today in Gillingham Kent (Pics)
Went to the Pistonheads meet this morning with my lad and im pleased I did. Millions of pounds worth of exotica cars there, with the added bonus of good weather if a little on the chilly side Only saw 2 Zeds there, one ///m painted in matt black with carbon wrap on the bonnet. Didn't think it would look very nice but to my surprise it looked rather cool in the flesh.
and then there was this very tidy looking Zed. Anyone here ?
My lad with our car and a couple of other VX's from the VX forum that we met up with.
Here's just a few pics of some of the other stuff that attended the meet. Seeing these kind of motors out this time of year was good to see, but make you realise how the other half live
A good meet and well worth a visit.
Now must just go check my lotto ticket

That's Sanj's zed (ex 'Roys M' from zroadster). He's been on our stand at Santa Pod for the last 2 years and keeps promising to join us on here but never quite gets round to itHang_em_high wrote:... one ///m painted in matt black with carbon wrap on the bonnet. Yes i was meaning to get a good shot of the XKR but never got back to it. I agree it is an awesome car for the money. A friend of mine has one which I got to have a go in. Sold it now and bought the new XJ !!!!
Another favourite of mine and with a lovely back end has to be the 348 and will certainly be a car that will grace my driveway oneday

Great photos, thanks for sharing, I have always loved the GT40.
