I just want to try something with some friends, and my own car is....er....um....well, I've just cleaned it, and ... er... um...um....it's a bit low on petrol.....so.....?

You can do 1/2 day course at York airfield for £130 that teaches you how to do stuff like this ;)
I did it for my b'day a couple of years ago, was good fun. Only downside was you do the driving in a Focus, which is also what I was driving at the time, so all the way home had to keep telling myself not to yank the handbrake and attempt something stupid :D
