Nice one! Stripes do look nice but would prefer one without. Looks great in that dark blue, which doesn't always work on "sports" cars.

Seriously though, great choice, but remember, it's not very easy to get the roof off.
What colour combo?

They are standard 18" Z4M wheels, but the offset at ET30 on the rear wheels will be too small for the normal Z3 I would think.

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..

Alfie what are you trying to say?

In all seriousness the chances of me getting an M are pretty slim but a 3.0Si is definitely on the cards 8-)
I absolutely love, love, love the coupe in Phoenix with a black interior but the chances of one coming up when I have the cash is very slim.
It does look nice in the montago blue and the blacks pretty sexy looking too but either of those would have to have ecru/cream interiors.
Either way I'll be able to keep up with you lot even better than in my zeddy.

I think the 3.0Si is most of the M without the costs. 265bhp and lighter.

I recall some of the debates a few years back over the merits, or not of having the 3.0Si over the M. If I recall correctly they were quite heated discussions lol
I remember drewling over Giles' when he first posted pics (the car not Giles lol). Couldn't have afforded one then but now they've become a lot more within my reach......Just need a little more time :D

driven both, and bought an M...
says it all really.

they are a world of difference, far more than the BHP would suggest.

Still think I could give you M guys a run for your money out on a cruise :D it's over a 125 bhp more than I have now :drive

So Gary, when are you thinking of getting one? And will it be an addition or a replacement?
