Alarm Problems, Lights but no sound

does anyone know how i can sort this or know the problem?, the lights flash but there is no sound when the alarm goes off :S

You have the later alarm, so there is no key-switch with which the siren could have been turned off, so my guess is that the siren has failed - we've had a few reports of this over the years.
