My zed is my daily, but since I work from home...it doesn't get out much other than a couple of trips to the local a few miles down the road and occaisionally on weekends for good "burn" to clear the pipes.
Nice line-up you have though... :cheers

Mmm varies from month to month but usually my 3rd car not including SWMBO's.

My fallback daily is a loaded E350 sport saloon but have also had a rangie for the past few weeks while the weather was bad.

Can't wait to get the Z3 back on the road this summer though.

Hi Gazza, it's a great car with loads of power and torque, also handles very well I took the sportpack with the optional 19" wheels. The only thing I did not like when I first got it was the runflat tyres, they were soon changed to standard tyres which transforms the ride, but that's a problem you have with all new BMW's now. If you havent driven one yet, take one for a test I'm sure you'll be pleasantly suprised :D I've had mine for four years now and still enjoying it, no problems whatsoever.

My daily drive is a 2009 Astra twin top, in silver. 1.9 cdti(150bhp). A great folding top car. We took it all over France last year. I would have liked to take my Z, but it wouldn't have been practical for us, & the fuel bill would have been much more than taking the diesel. Even Though the Astra is a convertible, it doesn't have the same 'Grin factor' as a Z has though..
I can't load pictures to this site, or I would show you all! Also have a 2008 Astra Sportive van (also in silver) 1.9 cdti (120bhp).. I probably do most of my miles in that!

Currently a Merc E220cdi coupe. Nice enough but hugely boring, will be changing it for a BMW equivalent in the summer for my motorway miles. Possibly even a 4x4.

Yes, it is a TR4 and I've owned it since 1997.

The Stag is actually a really nice car. I think too many people see it as a sports car and are then disappointed when they drive one. It needs to be seen in the same genre as a Merc SL i.e. a touring car. In that role it is sublime. A lovely burbling V8 powered 4 seat convertible.

The picture of it piggy-backing an AA truck was taken last year when it broke a piston

Following a fairly extensive (and expensive) engine rebuild, she is back in the rudest of health and due to take my son and I over to Spa Francorchamps for their classic meeting in May. Can't wait.

Hmm.... I made a deal with a collegue some weeks ago - and now he picks me up right outside my house in his..... 2005 Smart Fortwo 0.8 Cdi... Much cheaper than driving myself.

So te Zed is sleeping in the garage along with the Range Rover.

Afraid my daily is a Freelander 2, complete opposite of the zed. It does go up a lot of very rough farm tracks and off road frequently, which the zed would never manage! When it goes in for a service the dealer always remarks it is nice to see one being used as it should be.

The scooby's a practical and fast dog bus, (270bhp 4WD 8-) ) and the bikes are a Triumph Trophy 1200 for touring and a GSXR 1000 K8 for looney times

My daily drive is a 3.0 Audi A7 S-Line. Car is leased, 1 year down and 1 to go. Fancy a 2nd hand Mini Cooper S next as my mileage has dropped to under 6k per year so hard to justify a big motor...

I bought the Z to be my daily drive, but I change cars on a regular basis so you never know what will happen.
My toy is a MX5 V8 (pictured below) which I've had for 6 years now but begining to look round for another project. Probably something small and British maybe a mk2 sprite/midget or a Spitfire. Everytime I go to sell the 5 though I change my mind, it's quite nice having something a bit different.
