MERRY XMAS ALL
To all those people on the forum who celebrate Xmas, I'd like to wish you a peaceful, happy and rewarding holiday. Anyone who like me can still drive around at this time of year, happy motoring too !!
To those who don't celebrate Xmas, enjoy the benefits of the Xmas breaks anyhow and share in the spirit of the holiday.... drive more, drink more and don't blow your Zed or yourself up.....Would be nice to see you back here again next year .....
Regards Donald.....

Is it already Christmas in SA? I thought you were only 2 hours ahead of the UK?

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..

Re: MERRY XMAS ALL
Shop closed, suppliers all closed up today until 4th Jan.... Cape Town will be a blessing too.... Gobble warming is taking it's toll on me here in Johannesburg. Been hovering around the 34C - 38C mark for days (in the dhade) - unbearable. I'm going to look around for property in Cape Town environs - perhaps even as far out as Pringle Bay, which is about 30 mins out of CT.
I'm happy to say I'm practically fully recovered now.. still get "phantom" pains, but now that I know what they are, it's easier to handle.
I'll be looking forward to watching the cricket between SA and England during the holidays too... At least we know how to prepare a wicket here... The Indians shouldn't be allowed to prepare wickets - most boring test cricket I have ever watched, and not because SA lost all 4 tests, just the nature of the wickets they prepared allowed them to used their spin bowlers 90% of the time... At least England have some great pace men as well as spinners which will make for some batting and bowling opportunities. Can you tell I'm a cricket person...
