Posting Pics

Post by johnz3 »

Have read the guidance but still have problems. My photos are saved on photobucket but I cannot see how to 'save' the pic into my topic. If I go to upload attachments it only allows me to take from Gallery. This then comes up at exceeding memory allowance. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

John. Making sure you have photobucket and Zroadster open Pick the picture you want and copy into the IMG box in the right bottom corner. Then go back to zroadster and paste into your thread. It will come up as text until you preview your thread then it will show the picture. :)

Cheers
Dave

I am using a Samsung tablet. Not sure if I can have two screens open. Will try anyway. Thanks.

Two screens up so fine. When the pic in photobucket is open in front of me there is no IMG box to copy anything into.

You should look for something called 'Share Links' (sometimes this is shown as a cog symbol when you hover over the picture). On my iPad I select the picture and the links are shown to the right. 4 different types are available, you need to copy the Image

You are nearly there John, the second link you posted is the correct link you just have too many tags. It should look like this:-

One you place a link as posted above, the picture will automatically appear.

Try posting WITHOUT Disable BBCode ticked. It is the first entry in the Options tab immediately below the Preview and Submit buttons.

I tried editing your post as Rob says, it works if you untick the box.

I've left it as is so you can do it yourself
