Z1 new owner

Post by Gazza »

I suspect most will recognise Spokeys Z1, I am now the proud owner.

My first run out in the Z1 was to Norfolk over the past weekend, fantastic trip and the Z1 never missed a beat.

I've always liked the Z1 with Alpina wheels, so today I fitted a set of Replicas.

There are a couple of minor items to attend to and then it'll get a full service.

Very nice Gazza, I watched a re-run of Wheeler Dealers working on a Z1 the other day. They took off all the panels to re-spray them and also re-tensioned the door as it wasn't working properly among other things. Might be worth a search to find the programme if you haven't watched it yet.

Congrats mate...
Great fun car and always a talking point amongst those who know, and those who don't!

Please check under the bonnet, because when Spokey drove it, there's NO WAY it was only a 2.5l.....

Cheers.

I think this car has hidden powers, it certainly doesn't drive like a 2.5
