Of course not. I would just turn up without warning and......most likely get arrested.

I had to escalate the claim today with a positive outcome. The seller had decided to off loads these pedals again before even refunding me. So just a warning to potential buyers these are just copies and not genuind items as advertised. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Genuine-AC-Schnit ... 255eadf43e

Althulas, by a positive outcome does that mean you are going to be refunded?

How come this guy is still allowed to sell this item when you have had a claim against him?

Yeah it is kinda annoying as the ad needs pulling before someone is taken for a ride. I e-mailed the seller yesterday and got this response,

Dear bmwconvertible09,

Hi,
Do you have the Certificate of Authenticity that comes with pedal set? If not could you tell me who they were bought from please.
Cheers.

The reply,

hi no not got the cert anymore has been long lost and i bought them from a company near me drb tuning
- bmwconvertible09

I have googled drb tuning and nothing comes up so not sure they actually exist.

The pedals the guy is selling are exactly the same as a copy (not genuine) set I have down to the same numbers on the reverse of the pedals.

So far as I'm aware the ONLY authorised seller of AC Schnitzer kit in the UK is Rossitors

Ebay have ruled in my favour of a refund on the telephone. I also expressed my concerns over the seller re listing the item while I still remained un re funded and him selling the item under false pretences which they said they would investigate but not to convinced from the vibes from the customer support who I spoke to. I have left the seller negative feedback with a warning of the item being re listed. The seller also left me a email stating he did'nt care about the negative feedback just because I think his item is a copy. Sad **** really though and I hope ebay make him re describe his item or pull it from listings.

At least I don't have to pay him a friendly visit though.
