That does look like a beast, ones I've heard on youtube fitted to non-M 6 cylinder cars sound very nice - not much change from £100 I bet :D

Took the car out for a drive this morning and it's not annoying at all !

At low RPM you get this noticeable growl but put your foot into the carpet and wow ! it sounds incredible real deep tone and pure music !!

Don't think I will be playing the stereo much !!

Boysie

It's not as load as a TVR ! Which I glad about really, didn't want the car making a noise that it couldn't live up to !

Like a small child with a new toy wanted to hear it from outside

So I had two options

1, Let my 23yr old son drive it

2, Get him to video me driving past

I opted for option 2 as I've seen him drive his BM !!

I'm not a lover of today's "sporty" exhaust notes...Its something I'd avoid being 40 years old, but......

That really does sound gorgeous :thumb:

I must have one of these on my 2.8,

A full stainless is on cards for next year anyway so it's justified :)

Does it have an Eisennman reference/model number or similar?
Where did you buy it?
Is yours still catted?

Questions Questions :)

I did loads of research and there are loads if exhaust manufactures out there that specialise in stainless steel systems but they can sometimes be made with a thiner steel and give a tinny sound which wasn't for me.

This one is an Eisennman from
http://www.eisenmann.co.uk/

I only bought the back box as the rest of the system was still in good condition and it still has the cats

You can buy a full stainless steel system for the same price I paid for the back box but I wanted a growl and Eisennman met my demands !

They are a friendly bunch and give good advice.

Thanks for the info woody. I'm just wondering if this back box would be too "chavtastic" on a De-catted motor.......I can but try. Time to smash open the money box!

I was worried about the same thing, Eisennman do a sport option which isn't quite as aggressive and loud !

I'm sure de-catting the car makes it louder anyway as it doesn't choke the flow of exhaust gases
