Armrest for a 1997 Z3

Post by alb001 »

I am looking to get an Armrest for a Z3 but they seem to be thin on the ground. As anybody modified on for an E36 before? I am not interested in tilting just to supply support.
Many thanks

Have a chat with our very own Southernboy, he used to sell some, but might be able to talk you through making your own.

I assume you're referring to the center console area ?? And what colour leather are you looking for ??

Hi there.
Yes centre console. I have a Tanin Red/ Black interior so either colour would not look out of place.
Z3 is a Mk1 not Mk2

Hi Andy

If you have a look at the red colour in the picture on my post, that is the closest I can give you - or I can give you one in black leather. It comes with a cup holder which folds out from under the armrest. Easy to fit and made for the Z3. MkI or II makes no difference. If you want to match the Tanin Red, you can get a small bottle of the correct leather dye from Furniture Clinic in the UK.
It also folds up out the way so you can access the little storage under that area....Let me know
Cheers
Barry
