Exterior door handle rubber gasket

Hi all,
Can anybody offer any advice on the procedure for the replacement of the rubber gasket that is fitted around the outside door handle. I have seen on some forums its a half day job, and others say it takes a minute or two.???
HELP!

was looking at mine the other day, and noticed its looking a bit shabby i could do with advice on this too.....

It is, as long as you align everthing up properly. I've done it, no probs! :thumb:
