Price for whole interior??

Post by J_K »

I'm just about to strip the interior out of mine in preparation of having the cage fitted and was wondering how much to put the interior up for.
Also what's usually expected to be included.

Can you guys give me an idea of what I should be selling it for??

M seats sell around £400-£500 for the pair depending on condition.
Door cards? £80-£100 pair?

Probably £550 - £600 for seats and doorcards in good condition, then you could sell the dashboard with console including the 3 gauges which is a good upgrade for a standard Z3 for £250 most probably :shrug

Rear hoops with surrounding trim could also fetch £250 :D

Excellent.
Sounds like it will nearly pay for the cage.

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..

Center console and guages will easily fetch £. 150.00 on eBay !!! An M dash struggles at £100. Emek has had one on eBay for months, and I think it's still up for grabs at that price. Guages and center console for M cars are very rarely seen for sale, so they do attract a premium. Seats I think might be a tad high at £ 500+ Colour is important to match, so there's always the added expense if they don't match. Huntert bought a set from Alexanders of Sommerset for £100.00 and had them re-done in red and black which cost £ 300.00+. So £ 400 - 450 might be realistic to a buyer who wants that specific colour.

It's got the Harmon Kardon stereo upgrade so has a sub instead of a cubby box..

They were only sports seats though and were not in great condition to start. A set of ///M seats in the same condition as a set of sports seats will fetch more. Then depending on the condition of them depends on how high you want to set the price at.

I agree with the centre console though, they will fetch a premium especially with the gauges included. If its coloured then you would want the matching dashboard, therefore the price can be bumped up but if it is just the standard black dashboard then it will not be needed to be included with the console as a standard black zed dash will match.

The turrets are on the extreme left and right and are the plastic pieces that the hoops fit through.

I think you would be better off selling the whole lot together rather than having odd bits left, have seen them go complete on ebay for £250

Yeah. I agree. I wouldn;t want to sell seperate parts of the hoops and trim.
It'd all have to go together.

None of it is out of the car yet.
When I start actually stripping it all out then I'll reply here and put everything forsale here first before Ebay.
