AC Schnitzer do them in the uk. But at £399 + Vat, they are pricey. Got that price from them less than a week ago!

I'll be removing my entire bumper and sending it off to the bodyshop...I like the splitters I have, but feel they could be re-worked and some extra resin / glass work done so that they become fully part of the bumper...no joins / separate part look....also, I have a few scrapes and scratches / stone chips which need to sorted anyhow, so may as well do the full treatment....I'll do a before / after pic set once it has bee completed...

..these are available on eBay for eu 318.00...genuine CF for z3 M cars....

Those CF splitters on eBay look good, but on manufacturer's site all their products are either OEM, fibreglass or plastic just laminated with carbon, thus I would guess those splitters are as well. In fact they state that they specialise in carbon fibre lamination. Real carbon though... But still, at £318 plus another £79 for shipping they are way too expensive.
