Chrome Washer Nozzels

Post by NorwegianBlue »

At the weekend I added these new chrome washer nozzels. They are from a Z8 and look so much better than the stock black plastic. Not cheap but well worth it I think.

I did, the exchange rate is very good so the cost was not too painful. The dealer however....

Chrome washers look very nice against that colour.

I am not a great fan of chrome, well i am but sometimes chrome can look tacky, but it depends on what chrome parts and where they are.

I dont know if the chrome washers would look nice against my silver Zed, worried in case the car colour couldnt pull it off!

Anyone know how it looks against artic silver??

You can get the Z8 washers from your dealer - but they sometimes are a little loose

Better suggestion is to get them from the Maddux brothers in the US - www.leatherz.com - who do a kit - which has some little clips in there too - which secures everything

I have to say I think the washer nozzles are a really nice touch, not too in your face like some of the chrome mods.

Bizarrely enough Charlotte seems to have developed a wee fault in that department, so now could be the ideal opportunity to fit some of these babies...hehehe a mod of MY choice for once  :P

Chrome,

Post by Bloke »

I dont think it would be too much, I just fitted these to my cosmos black Z3, trying to get a good pictures but its too darn sunny here in London!!! and my car is a little dirty, so appologies for the poor cleanliness of the motor in the pics

Im impressed with the kit from [url] www.leatherz.com, althought it got caught at her majesty's and they charged me an extra £25.62,
so wasnt too impressed with that, but to be honest , its an easier way that trawling round the shops, and it probably cost me more in the end, but hey, it looks the dogz!!

Chrome roll hoops next, anybody got any!!

I have exactly the same chrome parts and am definetely going to get the washers as for being to in your face I don't think so I think they would make a nice finishing touch to your Z and Mine :D Nice enough to be noticed but small enough not to Ruin the look I think :D
