Hey there, check Ebay, since there's always good deals over there. You can find used ones about 50% of the regular, dealer price. Also, there's a good directory of Z3 windscreen vendors at windscreen review. Be sure to check out the windblox windscreen.

Come up on ebay from time to time. Expect to pay around £100 in the UK. Seems a lot for a second hand item but they can easily be sold on gain. Are they worth it? - absolutely, the OE net ones (cars with factory roll hoops) make top down driving very much more pleasurable. I would go as far as saying they are essential. :)

Agree with Del, I just picked one up for exactly £100 on eBay. You can go a bit cheaper (I've seen them for ~£70) but the photos weren't that clear and I'd question the condition. The seller claimed (as many do) that "all fixings" were present. I had no idea how the deflector clipped on beyond the fact they fitted over the hoops, but after some research I found that whilst the front clips were present, the longer bolts for the rear of the storage box were in fact, not (seller later confirmed this).

Thanks to this forum - I found they can be obtained at http://www.loxx24.de/ and got some ordered! Might be useful for you. The bolts are definitely NLA from BMW.

Hi
If you log onto the Z.Roadster .org forum Gaz & Lee sell them/have them made and are much cheaper than those others.
Look under the for sale section.

They sell the perspex ones - PJH is after a standard Zip up one.

PS - agree with the comments about the lower fastenings - sometimes the clips are missing, always the screws are missing but can easily be bought (or a piece of velcro used)
Here come the girls.....
