Re: LHD headlights
You might consider the eBay "projector headlights" as a reasonable option vs looking for a decent set of OEM LHD units - easy install etc and comparable cost to good OEM parts...??
Have a look at the link below...you will need to specify LHD.

Re: LHD headlights
Howard Adams. I bought my rhd 2.8 Zed on e-bayuk here in Spain 4 years ago, and needed new lights for to put onto Spanish plates. I bought a new pair of projector angel eyes off e-bay from the states. Fantastic looking lights and only £200!!
Re: LHD headlights
Howard, you can buy those projector headlights from e-bay, they have similar light output to OEM ones and quality is comparable, but keep in mind that it will still be downgrade from OEM lights, not an upgrade. If you can afford and want to keep value of your car (which is future classic), look for OEM headlights. Check ebay.de and kleinanzeigen.ebay.de for headlights from Germany (LHD). No need to buy from states and pay customs taxes for shipping from outside of EU.

Re: LHD headlights
I think the point here is to store the RHD headlights, since the car is and RHD car - that way, restoring it to OEM status will be a simple matter....
