I can vouch for Soft Tops in Croydon. I used them to replace the rear plastic screen a couple of years ago when my original one split.

That looks like an after market jobbie. Never seen one before!

As its both rings in both lights it does sound like the inverters have failed. You can buy replacements at a reasonable price so it would be sensible to replace these first and see if that cures the problem. Thanks. Happened to be looking at the car head on and noticed the standard (non M)mirrors are also angled/slant slightly differently between the drivers side (RHD) and passenger side on left side - you would not notice it if not looking head on and comparing each one, but it def is angled differently!
