Don't know yet, will let you know when I can.
But a) I don't think it'll be glass (would need to be toughened to be safe; not sure it would withstand torsion on the move without shattering; weight vs strength of support?) and b) AFAIK mine is the same one you got...

The auction for the red one was ended because 'the item is no longer available', so not clear if it sold elsewhere or got withdrawn. The green one sold for £530 without a fitting kit.
I'll be fascinated if anyone knows what happened to either of them.

Thank you all for your help. A few days after I posted, hadn't yet phoned, and I got a notification from the Dutch arm of the courier that they had a parcel they were shipping to me, with a brief cover note from SISA Design. All now arrived, not yet opened and attached but hopefully all sorted out. ...

Put in a message on eBay, got a very quick response. Looks like it's still available. Standard spec (not Luxus), if that matters. But there's no fitting kit - he is literally selling the actual hardtop, period. Any suggestions on where to find a fitting kit? If not (& I'm guessing not), then it'...

FWIW, I had a lousy experience with Hankooks on a Corrado VR6, and although it was a -long- time ago, I'd personally need alot of persuading ever to go near anything they turn out again.

I have the UK 3 Series price list from September 1990 here (sad... ).
UK RRP for the Z1 is quoted there as £36,925.

It's true that the LH fog light doesn't function on UK market cars, but I heard that the fitting is there, it just isn't wired in. No personal experience, may be totally wrong, but are you sure you need the whole part?
