I used a tin of Grangers Fabsil 1Litre Tin bought from Go Outdoors which I have the discount card for, they price matched it to £9.99 which surplus and outdoors were selling it for plus they take an extra 10% off so it only cost £8.99. There was enough there for at least two treatments

Re: Handling?!
Hi, welcome. it could be a tyre problem, theres a few threads on here that refer to tram lining which seems worse with some brands of tyres, have a search for tyres which should pull up some of the threads which may give you some more information on other owners experiences with handling

Re: Tyre choice
I hear what you say that is my choice, however they being the experts who i have used for many years I was just looking for other owners views, I have Bridgestones on my 1 series and i'm happy with them however I can't see anyone recommending Bridgestone's for a Z3. I think what I was after was a nu...

Re: Camshaft position sensor and Map thermostat replacement
Thanks that a good guide for me I'm fairly confident i can replace the cam shaft sensor not sure about the map thermostat though :? Here is a guide I wrote many moons ago for the M52TU engine but essentially the same as the M54. Don't even contemplate pattern cam sensors or you will regret it later....

Re: 2.8 v 3.0 - tell me the differences :)
The remap increased around 10% but the main difference is it makes the throttle more responsive and you do gain a little bit more Mpg. I know when a few of us went round the Evo a few months back that i was keeping up with a Boxter in fact i felt i could of gone quicker than him, but at fast speeds...
