As for fitting the tonneau cover to the underside of the boot/trunk lid - it is a No No simply because the lid is not as wide as the space that it occupies in the boot/trunk. Bending the wings in further would risk compromising the natural position for the folds. Checked that on weekend and figured...

There is no plug-and-play alternative to the original 2 styles of mirror (///M and standard). For 6 cyl cars there are side markers on the bumper and also bumper has different shape than 4cyl cars, I know that some people were modifying lips to fit to other style bumper.

Are you sure it is from Z3? It states it is from 2000 car, which should be facelift car. In that case it should have curvy lines on the top for rear lights as on the bumper visible in the image posted above. And the corners look too sharp for z3...
