Mine failed due to the small internal braided wire corroding away, managed to solder a replacement small wire in to repair it. Whilst mending it I did fit a roof mounted aerial base in place of the unit but it wasn't a good fit and the rake of the mast was sloping back too much, it didn't look right...

Thought it would be the power steering cooling loop fixings you were after. Whilst your in there give the pipe a good look over for any corrosion, living at the front of the car they tend to get a battering and corrode.

OK with that short mileage it wouldn't take long to deplete the battery over time if the alternator output is below par, use of the headlights would accelerate its depletion. Common problem, that small wire is soldered to the metal threaded top portion you are missing, looks like a repair would be difficult if you managed to find a replacement, best seek out a replacement from one of the breakers on here. Fit a new rubber grommit whilst you are at it as well.

Always found proper soap flakes in hot water and agitated with a nail brush lifts the dirt out followed by cold water rinse to get rid of the soap and gunge. After it’s dried I apply at least two coats of Fabsil waterproofing with a brush with the body panels masked off with old towels.

Depends on how deep your pockets are!
If the rest of the car is in good shape then replace the head and gasket also give the cooling system a refresh with a new water pump and thermostat. Loads of Z's out there for silly money, might be an idea to replace the car and sell the dead one for spares.

Probably best to have a look on ebay to see what similar condition cars are going for. Its all down to condition and mileage in the end. Owners idea of value are often in excess of what the car will achieve. Wouldn't be a bad idea on hanging on to it if it dosn't owe you anything.
