Re: My nearside light cluster has water in it.
Dazthephot is suggesting the same solution for the problem, but using silicone sealant. I prefer, as I wrote, white/transparent rust protection wax, because this will make it possible to remove the cluster rather easily, if needed. Maybe the case will be that you buy a new gasket, then the wax can ...

Re: My nearside light cluster has water in it.
Don’t know if you’ve done it already but I had the same problem with both rear light clusters. The unit is held against the rear body with a couple of bolts. In between is a sponge gasket that held in with double sided sticky which comes unglued. I took mine off and dried it all out then just used a...

Re: Oil level sensor
The sensor operates by heating a small amount of oil around its body, and then reading the incerease in temperature further up the sensor body. Your problem may therefore be as simple as an accumulation of sludge on the sensor body, acting as a heat insulator, so it is worth removing the sensor and...

Just a quick check guys. My amber oil indicator is taking longer to go out after start. There’s plenty of oil in so is it a sensor replacement job? Can the sensor be serviced or cleaned?
Thanks.

Can’t you get to the bottom of the problem of why the boot is filling with water, rather than just making holes for its escape. Hardly any brakes rather than no brakes at all.
You probably over heated your pads.
You can check the rubber hoses going into your calliper. Also your brake lines for good measure but mainly the pads for excessive wear. The fluid change will help.
