Z1 - Oil cooler access
Gents, Need your help. Been putting this off for ages, but has anyone ever replaced the Oil cooler? The top plate came loose, but not noticed any sort of adverse effect, drives the same, temperature the same, do I even need it? They seem to be unique to this car, not shared with the e30, are they ea...

The double skinned exhaust was a key design feature and selling point, however I had the ‘supersport’ Nouvalari fitted, it looks fantastic and sounds incredible.

It's a 30 minute job per side assuming the nuts on the drop link and the shackles play along and you use a trolly jack to raise and hold the new shackle/bush in place. Failing that, the circuit runs through the same relay switch (I think), just separate fuses (No4 and No24), check all fuses and the relay.

It’s been a while since I did this, but remove seat, unbolt belt, remove blanking panel, side leather trims and it should be easy from there.

GG, I would recommend you bite the bullet and remove those units, its easy to do (if you don't have the 10mm bolt directly underneath) then you can see where the issue is. In some cases the foam is either knackered or squished so far into the recess, the lens cover cant make a complete seal. On mine...
