There is a filter on the water tank. If its blocked by sludge in the tank, you will not get any water to the jests. I had a backlash sound problem when letting the clutch off. Turned out to be a couple of loose flexi drive (Giubo) nuts. Went away after re-torquing them with a bit of locktite blue on the treads.
