You can either buy the full aftermarket units (see my 2.0l thread below for what they look like) or you can buy aftermarket angel eye lights and then fit them to your existing lights (see G8JKA threads for the write up).... if your lights have yellow indicators you can also use the time to get clear...

you can get the steering wheel refurbished at Royal Steering Wheels - loads of people have used them on here and they are fab..
For the rest of the interior it depends what you need but scuffmaster / furniture clinic are good for breathing new life into tired upholstery

I had quite a few stone chip on the front of my car when I bought it, and they bugged me all the time. sounds to me like your brake caliper is sticking slightly, or your slider pins are rusting.... BIGGRED will have replacement pistons, pins and seals when you figure out what you need to replace

Good to know it is still standing the test of time - the trouble with having a touch up is you are forever chasing it and redoing it.. just re disovered what fun you can have on icy roads in a rear wheel that ,i have to drive on the country lanes arround where I live to get to work , theses z3's are very forgiving with plenty of warning if you try to push things too hard , but with 40 + years of driving I know how to drive on icy/...
