If your car has the winter pack on it, it will also have heated mirrors and heated washer jets, can you confirm if you have heated washer jets? Can you confirm that it is not the blower motor that is taking out the fuse? i.e. replace the fuse then turn the blower on? As Blades has said, if you leave...

its a nut, reach under the bumper to get to it (on mine anyway but mine isnt oem bumper) Yep Steel nut on a plastic nozzle :head: that needs accessing from behind, a bit of a pain to remove with the bumper in place, easy enough to drop off the front bumper though. http://i685.photobucket.com/albums...

The Bulls in the gearknob are small LEDs and are not replaceable, as Lancsbob has stated the most common failure for these going out is a short in the cable leading to the gearknob, unfortunately this is not a fused circuit and it does take the rheostat inside the light switch out when this happens,...

A H&R ARB kit is a bolt on option that will certainly help, maybe also think about replacing the bushes around the car @76k they are bound to be getting tired. You have a choice when updating bushes to either stay OEM or Powerflex etc. just renewing to new OEM bushes will make a difference.
