This is an invitation to all those Zedders in the East Anglian area and beyond, who value good company, witty conversation and BMW Z cars, to come and celebrate Christmas with 'Zantas East Anglian Helpers'

Meeting at a designated spot, we will convoy down together with a stop for coffee and a cake

THE ZENUE IS THE TIMBERS @ FINCHAM, NORFOLK.

CHRISTMAS EVENING MEAL - SATURDAY 10TH DECEMBER = £21.95

OVERNIGHT STAY - ROOM WITH FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST = £60.00

PAYMENT ON THE DAY.

Will bring the Menu for everyone to choose on 18th, it looks really delicious, yum! yum!

For those of you looking at the thread for the first time, If you wish to join us there are still rooms available at The Timbers, but they are being booked up quickly, if you would like to come for just the meal, the more the merrier

Hi Liam & Caroline, Everyone is usually busy close to Christmas, (especially the chap in your Zed)

Maybe 11th Dec might be OK for the majority?

We are up for it, mostly clear diary up to Christmas week. Overnight stay is good for us if that's what people want.

Is there any way It could be at the lower end? As Norfolk is MILES away from me down in London! That way you would probably get some of the Kent lot too...

Great Macca,

We could make it Saturday December 10th Afternoon to Evening with Evening meal, then if anyone wants to go home after the meal or stay over to Sunday, its fine either way.

Will try to find somewhere central as I know we have some members on the Eastern part of the coast and also somewhere that is not too pricey.

Can all Zantas Helpers also please choose whether they would like to stay the night aswell.

It's Sat 10th night to Sun 11th morning.

As per PM, meeting at a designated point after Lunch Sat & convoying down together to arrive intime to have drinks, then dinner in the evening.
