Anyone successfully challenged ULEZ over non compliance.
Received zero nox certificate of conformity for my 1998 Z3,sent to TFL to be registered. They came back saying it was mistake.
On requesting letter of confirmatiion of zero reading from BMW,was told emissions test not required for my year of manufacture so zero reading was given.
So disappointing, so charge applicable daily.
