Raid Steering wheel adapter 160122

Post by Daz »

Hi all,

hope you are all well and have been managing to enjoy your toys recently.

I've owned Charlotte now for over 13 years and after much contemplation, deliberation and other long words, I have finally acquired a Raid steering wheel. It's probably a few back to back drives with my M3 and a couple of Alps trips that has made me realise that the original just feels to big and thin despite having a re-cover by Jack at Royal.

The mission now is to find the right adapter.

Bit of a long shot but does anyone have or know where I can find the Raid adapter number 160122? There is one advertised on ebay, however I now know this was sold 2 years ago!

Half the thrill is in the searching for these types of things, however Im bored of searching and I'm kooking for direction, inspiration or even an adapter itself, ideally before the next Alps trip which is hopefully looming soon.

Best regards to everybody and thanks in anticipation of any assitance.

Spotted this advice on a Porsche forum asking same question: "Expand your search, Nardi, Personal, and Dino adapters will work for a RAID wheel."
Can't comment on validity of the statement but worth a look?
