Z Administrator Help!!

How do you contact an Administrator directly? I have items in my "Outbox" which have not been delivered for a few days, despite it reporting "sent" when you hit the submit button, why is is that?

The recipient hasn't been online to recieve them yet, that's all. Once they have, they should show up in the sent box.
