I've created a Twitter account that you can follow and where the mods can post information if the site goes down for an upgrade or whatever.

It's just that IF (heaven forfend) something should happen, and the board goes down, then I have to reply to 87 texts from distraught people saying "the board is down, what's going on." If the board does go down, then I can just tell twitter and everybody can keep up to date with what is going on that way.

It's for emergencies only.

Well, if the server goes down and you want to know what is going on, you'll know where to look.

It has just dawned on me that you don't need a Twitter account to read the messages, you can just click on http://twitter.com/zroadsternet ... so just bookmark the link.
