Had them on for a couple of weeks now and not noticed any noise but ran my hand under the front arch liner today and felt some plastic swarf and flat edges on the inside of the liner, not quite so bad on the passenger side. Their 8x18 38 offset with 225/40 tyres and the cars on Eibach lowered springs with 28k on them.
Anyone else had similar issues?

At a 38 offset its about as wide as you could go on the front .It will be the tyre catching due to the lower suspension.
Its quite common on the zed when lowered, mine have done the same.

Have you cut the arch liner?Antm72 wrote:At a 38 offset its about as wide as you could go on the front .It will be the tyre catching due to the lower suspension.

Re: 18" LM reps rubbing on front arch liner.
I think my drivers side catches the inside of the arch (from inside the wheel when turning to the right) but only slightly. My widths are the same but the offset is 35. Mine is also on coilovers which are lower than the eibachs but I don't find any problems with normal driving and can't hear any rubbing. It's just I noticed a faint mark on the arch liner which is probably done when the wheels are turned to an extreme full lock.
