Albino Mk 2.0

Post by Richardenigma »

I posted some pics of her last year but as I have had some work done this year I thought I'd share her in her refurbished state...she has almost had a full respray apart from both doors, has had new halo headlights fitted (yesterday) and today I replaced her standard M Wheels with some Shadow Chrome M Wheels procured from fleabay...she's also donned her winter plumage hence the hard top...what do you reckon?

I think she's looking good for all her 11 years of age and good for at least another 11 years in my humble opinion...

Looks fantastic but the tyres especially at the rear look too narrow IMHO ? What have you got fitted ?

I agree the Tyres look strange on the rear almost stretched onto the rims..

You'd all be right...previous owner had them on his M3 so there are only 205s on the front and stretched 215s on the rears...am going to change the rubber to 225s and 245s respectively!

I know that I am biased, but how 8-) does a Z3 look with its lid on?

Looks fab, really really nice :thumb:

I wasn't sure if it was an M to begin with  as the tyres are way too small, I would go wider on the rears say 255 or 265 would be better  and 225s on the front.

Ditto, the 19s would even suit the M better. 19" CSL's with the wider/deeper rear, mmm :D

That he did (and what a nice chap he was :-) )...sadly they were the wrong size for the M...but I have a plan for them which will be revealed in due course...so a serendipitous mistake!
