Z1 RLE

Post by BrianBZ1 »

Hi all,
Has anybody seen the Z1 RLE for sale at 4 star classics.
Up for 69,995 with less than 19,000 miles.
Wish I could afford it.

Brian,

Not on the For Sale page of their website. Where did you find it? The prices of the cars for sale by 4 Star look generally very ambitious l

Stunning. 9/10. Get rid of the stereo and whatever that thing is in the footwell and its perfect. Can see why alot of people think its blue.

As nice as an Alpina may be, that's an awfull lot of money! that price puts this car in with some seriously cool cars.

As an aside apart from 30 odd bhp some stripes/nice wheels/suspension upgrades/and a numbered plaque etc I fail to see the extra value over a standard Z1,sure its worth more than the standard car but the best part of £70k!!!...Don't get me wrong here I'd love one but not at that price.

Wouldn't it be good if whoever purchases it comes on here and turns up at some of our meets, but I'm guessing this will be squirrelled away in a collection.

Anyone know the original price Alpina charged back in the day?

Hi,

Did you notice that the rubbers, that conceal the mounting bolts on the insides of the front wings are absent?
Perhaps it might help to reduce under bonnet temp and the risk of the plastics distorting?
Any views?
