Hi,

the funyellow car I bought in May 1998 with 42.000km and I drove it 100000 km until now.

The purblue Z1 we bought in August 1999 with 35.000 km and now it has 59000 km. (Btw. this car is for sale. ;))

Hi

I bought mine in 2000, 87,000kms on the clock for £13k. Currently it has 132,000Kms not sure what it’s worth but thinking of putting it up for sale next year.

16years, 5months, 24days. If I’m lucky, I’ll get another 20years before I call it quits.

I bought mine in September 1991 so I reckon that's 30 years 8 months to date.
Had 2,000 miles on the clock when I bought it. Now just 30,000.

Delighted to learn that Jet is looking forward to his next 20 years of ownership. Almost impossible for me to match that!!
As soon as I am ready to pass mine on I know I have three children who want it. Aahh, decisions, decisions!

Must get mine taxed and insured, but the weather is hardly encouraging at present.

Had mine since 2009, so around 12 years. In that time I’ve got married, moved out of London and had 2 children. Now they are growing up a bit, I’m hoping that now the are growing up a bit we can start to do more car stuff together. Car only has about 20k miles on it.

Also, just over 12 years. Bought at 104000km, now on 155000km. Not much usage last year as the Z1 can't look like it's on an Essential Journey. Making up for lost time this summer. Clambering in and out keeps me supple. Next question is what to do about E10 petrol.

As I understand it the Super Unleaded Fuels will remain E5, so the answer seems to be paying a bit more at the pump.

A bigger concern is the current government crusade to get everyone in a battery powered car, although by 2030 most Z1 will be in the no VED and MoT requirements.
