Door skin

Hi all, both doors have started to crack, small 2” one on drivers and 2 larger ones on the passenger one.Spoke to BMW parts and they say that only complete doors are available from Germany, does anyone know different as the outer skin should be the same as all the other body parts I would have thought

Door panels seem to be available separately :

I never heard about cracks in door panel.
