Door skins

Has anyone replaced their door skins and if so how difficult was it

Fairly straightforward, with the lower sill panel removed, all the fixings should be exposed, plastic rivets and screws along the bottom, there might be a small screw behind the door handle, (remove inner panel/lining), and it should just pop off.

Don't think the rear quarter needs removing.....
