I couldnt find a guide on the forum for these, so wondered if anyone can help please?

I need to swap the M grilles back to the original ones
I need to remove the roll hoops

Neither of these are particularly difficult.

The gills/side-grilles are held on by one screw and some plastic clips, which you need to squeeze together to get them to release. When I removed mine I managed to preserve all the clips. Just be gentle with them and they should release without breaking.

If we are talking standard roll-hoops installed on a car using the complete fitting kit, then to remove just the hoops (presumably to replace with some new ones), then there are three Torx bolts each side - two for the outside leg, and one for the inside leg. The outside ones are accessed by removing a cover on the inboard side of the seatbelt turret. The inside ones are accessed by removing the covers from the two holes in the storage box liner - these are quite delicate so be gentle removing them - iirc they just slide vertically upwards. If you have a sub-woofer instead of a storage box, then you won't have a liner, so gawd knows how you get to the bolts then! Make sure you use the right sized Torx bit - it was a size larger than I thought - if you use one that is too small, you will chew the heads, which will make getting them out ten times harder.

I'm looking for M grilles if you thinking about selling.

The plastic clips on the side grilles are fairly easily compressed using a 6mm or 7mm socket spanner..place the socket over the clip, and press so that the clip is compressed inside the socket and pops out of it's housing. That way you can preserve those clips.
