  Z3 roadster 2.2i

will these wheels fit a 2.8?

ACS Type 2 Alloys and tyres - Alutec 18 inch alloys with a nice lip

8.5J all round
Offset - ET35
PCD - 5x120

Tyres are
225/40 fronts
255/35 rears

Acs type 2 racing but in 17's same profile tires I think they are 9j's at the rear.
