Hi Guys,
it seems like there is a lot of knowledge on here so I would like to pick your brains (assume I know nothing when replying!)
I am looking to get an old Z3 for the Summer and have been offered an S reg AC Schnitner Z3 with 70k on the clock which I can find little info on.
What I would like to know is how rare is the car (if at all) and is it worth more than a standard Z3? From what I can find out I think Schnitzer sold "extras" but not sure if it was as a package or not?
Also any known issues to look out for would be useful.
Will hopefully get to see the car at the weekend but any info you could supply before hand would be much appreciated.
Andy

Re: Help and advice
.... No such car as an Z3 Schnitzer....
Re: Help and advice
I believe they are quite rare if it is a factory car and there were various bits that could be specified in the package. They were either based on the Z3M or the 1.8/1.9 4 cylinder engines made to be 2.1l
People do put schnitzer parts on their cars, me included, as modifications but they are not schnitzer cars so bear this in mind when viewing.

Well Brian you learn something new every day - I had no idea that such a car existed and assumed that owners just bought and fitted ACS parts and accessories.Brian4 wrote:I believe they are quite rare
