Anyone know if BMW MV1 18" wheels will fit a face lift Z3 without spacers?

These ware the ones you mean?

http://felgenkatalog.auto-treff.com/ style 72 on page 4 if so yes they should. With the offset calculator they will be 14mm closer to the front strut than standard wheels.

I Have MV1 alloys on mine they do
Go on no prob but they look better
With 15mm spacers on the back
