BMW Electrical trouble shooting guide on line

Post by Bertie »

Porterbility has the complete BMW 2001 Z series 3 E 36/7 Electrical trouble shooting manual online at" porterbility.co.uk Files/PDF36 z3 pdf "
It's a monster 350+ page document covering wiring diagrams , fuses , location of electrical items with pictures to show where everything is.
It's a real Child's Guide to the Z 3 electrical systems , lots of Anorak information
Worth a mention in the Knowledge Base , Moderators ?
Cheers

Just FYI there are different versions of the electrical diagrams out there. I could only find North American spec ones, but needed a UK/EU version because I was retrofitting rear fog lamps into my NA spec Z3. Once I was able to located them, I wired them up as per factory.

I don't know who this porterbility guy is :wave , but there is an EU wiring diagram amongst the list of wiring diagrams (it's called AG)...
