Looking for my foolishly sold Z3 in Topaz Blue + Hard Top.

Post by ARoosterinaRoadster »

Hi again to you all out there. Yes another idiot - I sold my 2.0 litre Auto a few years back when it received the original registration of W811 ULD prior to being PX'd for a BMW 325Ci Auto Convertible in a quite stunning Gold with a very very individual interior in very light gold/pale yellow leather.

The Z3 was last seen at the car traders home in Bamber Bridge,Preston circa July 2016.

When the car was PX'd it was quite distinctive with the factory fitted hardtop,Chrome side vents on the front wings and 5 twin-spoke staggered Alloy wheels

Does anyone know of the whereabouts of the car that is probably on a personalised plate as the original plate is not recognised at DVLA ?
Happiness is a well kept Z3 and preferably running with the hood down - weather permitting.

Hi again to you all out there.
I do believe that I have located my Z3 Auto but it is wearing an Irish plate and seemingly has only covered 87,000 miles (supported by MoT history).

It appears to have had the two front seats changed but other quite distinctive features are clearly visible.

I will chase it up tomorrow (Saturday)

A long journey is in the offing !

It would appear to be minus the factory hardtop !

Hi again to you all out there.

Well it has been confirmed after a little digging into past MoT details that the car is very definitely the one that I sold back in the Summer of 2017 with then 76,000 miles on the clock.
It has now got 87,000 miles on the clock supported by an August 2023 MoT with no advisories.
