2.8 wheels on a 3.0 Z3

Hi
I'm looking to replace a damaged rear wheel on my 2002 3.0s Z3. I've come across a wheel that has been removed from a 2000 2.8 i, it looks identical to the wheels on my car, although Ebay informs me that this wheel is for a 2.8i model only. Will it fit my car or are the wheels different on 2.8 and 3.0 models?

I have now compared a Z3 2002 with 3.0 engine to a Z3 1998 with 2.8 engine. (Edit, same for 2000 with 2.8 engine).
I assume you have tyre size at rear = 245/40 ZR 17. Then the rim on both should be 8.5J x 17 ET41
