New to the Z3 - is 10 cm of forward travel on the position of the seat back all you should get?
NOT forward/backward of the seat on its tracks - just when you pull the lever to access behind the seat back.
Most cars you get 30 cm or more.
Just curiosity.

Yes - I would think that is about the total range of seat back adjustment - it is to get a comfortable driving position, rather than a good night's sleep!
